These Bodies,
Still Held
Infertility Retreat
September 25 th - 27th 2026
A Nordic spa retreat experience for women experiencing primary or secondary infertility
Fort ERIE, ON
What to Expect:
This is a retreat where you will be given space to be Held in What Is.
These Bodies, Still Held is a small, trauma-informed retreat for women experiencing primary or secondary infertility, pregnancy loss, fertility treatments, or the grief of a family that has unfolded differently than hoped.
Set in a beautiful private retreat space with our own Nordic spa, this weekend is designed around gentle care, rest, and being with women who understand this road.
This retreat is for women accepting a life that may look different than what they once imagined. Whether you are currently walking through infertility, in the midst of treatments, living with the ache of loss, or in a season where circumstances beyond your control have closed the door on building a family in the way you hoped — this space is for you.
Our time together will be unhurried and intentional. There is no expectation to fix, resolve, or reframe your story. Instead, we will create room to stay with what is — gently, honestly, and with care.
Central to this retreat is connection. You will be welcomed into a small group of women who understand this path without explanation. Women who are carrying similar questions, losses, and longings. Women who know what it means to live in the in-between.
Throughout the weekend, you will be invited into practices that support rest, reflection, and care for the body, including time in the private Nordic spa, a meditative sound bath, gentle Pilates, creative reflection, nourishing meals, time in nature, and guided activities that make space for the grief, complexity, and tenderness of infertility.
With space for just 7 women, this retreat is intentionally small. There will be room for quiet, for honest conversation, for rest, and for being witnessed just as you are.
Come honour your body.
Come honour your story.
Come be cared for.
Come be reminded that you are still whole, still worthy, and still held.

Through sound, stillness, stretching, breath, and accessible movement, this time will create space for nervous system support, emotional grounding, and compassionate body awareness.
THE LOCATION:
Our retreat will take place in a beautifully restored lakefront farmhouse in Fort Erie, tucked away on a quiet road near the water. Surrounded by mature trees, birdsong, and peaceful outdoor spaces, the property offers a calm and private setting for rest, reflection, and connection.
The home is warm, spacious, and thoughtfully renovated, with sun-filled rooms, soft earth tones, high ceilings, original details, and cozy gathering spaces. Throughout the weekend, you’ll have space to rest, share meals, sit by the fire, spend time outdoors, and simply be with women who understand this road.
A central part of the retreat experience is our private Nordic spa. The outdoor space includes a cedar sauna, hot tub, handmade cold plunge, rainfall shower, and cozy fire pit — creating space for gentle body care, quiet conversation, and moments of stillness. Whether you spend time moving between heat and cold, sitting by the fire, or simply resting outside, the spa area is designed to help you slow down and feel cared for.
Guests will also have access to seasonal outdoor spaces, including a heated pool and a short walk to the private waterfront easement. The setting is peaceful and intimate, offering both beauty and privacy throughout the weekend.
This is not a large retreat centre or busy resort. It is a quiet, welcoming home where every detail has been chosen to support comfort, rest, and meaningful connection. With space for just seven women, the retreat is intentionally small — allowing room to exhale, settle in, and be held with care.

THE ROOMS:
The retreat includes overnight accommodation designed to support rest, comfort, and connection throughout the weekend.
The home offers five bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements to best suit your needs and budget. There are two private rooms, shared accommodations with twin beds, and one shared accommodation with a king-size bed.
Room pricing varies based on the accommodation selected. Private rooms are available for those who would prefer more space and privacy, while shared rooms offer a more affordable option for women who are comfortable sharing.
Each room includes cozy bedding and a simple, restful atmosphere — providing a quiet place to retreat, unwind, and restore between shared meals, retreat gatherings, and time in the Nordic spa.
This is an intimate retreat with space for just seven women, so accommodations are limited and will be offered based on availability.
